To apply, please complete the form below. Be sure to review your confirmation to make sure that all the information is correct. We cannot resend packets that are returned due to incorrect address information.
Join our mission to positively affect the mental health and emotional well-being of people living with long-term illnesses and rare diseases by sending cards filled with messages of love and support!
When student volunteers complete their packet of 10 personalized cards that meet our Standards & Guidelines, they will earn 10 service hours.
How it Works

Apply for the next Student Program - DEADLINE TO APPLY IS JANUARY 15th..

All packets will be mailed or be available for pick-up the first week of February 2026.

Complete your cards and dropoff / postmark them by April 1st.

Who can participate?
Any high school or college students within the United States can apply.

Can I participate as a middle schooler?
Middle School Students are welcome to participate in our SUMMER program. We reserve the slots for the Spring semester for high school students, especially seniors at Florida schools.
