'Tis the Sea-sun
It's July, which means it's time once again for our festive Christmas in July celebration! We love this cheerful, sun-soaked tradition! For our friends in the southern hemisphere, it’s a fun chance to celebrate “Christmas” in the chill of winter, and for those of us in the northern hemisphere, it’s the perfect excuse to daydream about snow flurries and twinkle lights while we're melting in the summer heat.
This year’s card has a sweet slice of watermelon topped with a sparkly starfish—our playful nod to festive vibes with a beachy twist! Inside, you will find a refreshing watermelon lemonade recipe—the perfect sip to keep cool, stay festive, and toast to the season. With summery joy and a little extra sparkle this sea-sun, we raise our glasses!

Meet the Artist
Jess
My name is Jess, I’m 32 and I create greeting cards and other little works of art I’m inspired to. In 2016 I developed a rare migraine condition called New Daily Persistent Headaches (NDPH) which is a headache/migraine that starts out of the blue one day and never goes away, it’s there when you wake up, when you are asleep…always.
Because of this, I was able to turn my love of art and my love of making greeting cards for friends and family into a small business. It’s been such a game changer to have art in my life again and to be able to share it with others. So whether you’re a fellow artist, a fellow chronically ill warrior like me, a sponsor, or simply a beautiful fan of art and life, I hope you’ll say hi.

Eden is a 21-year-old woman from Belfast in Northern Ireland. She has lived with Long Covid for three years and also has had numerous other health conditions growing up, including eczema and food allergies. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, writing poetry, reading, and spending time with her three kittens.
Jessica
Hi, I'm Jessica, a 32-year-old native Texan. I'm a warrior with Sjögren's, Raynaud's, and Muscle Tension Dysphonia. I love encouraging others through cards, baked goods, coloring art, and my companion puppy, Happy Mae. Feel free to email me!

Sadie Veselka was diagnosed at age four with MCTD including Juvenile Arthritis, Scleroderma, Dermatomyositis, and Raynaud’s. She loves spreading hope and cheer!
Tonya
Hi, my name is Tonya. I am a disabled veteran with many chronic illnesses, including dysautonomia, EDS, gastroparesis, MCAS, migraines, degenerative disc disease, and more. I have a passion for serving people. My goal was to finish school and become a nurse. After my time in the military, life's circumstances changed. Even though I was not able to become a nurse, I find purpose in helping others through volunteering, moderating groups online, doing hygiene drives, and volunteering as an ambassador for Cards2Warriors and the Oley Foundation.
